These terms apply when you use the Solace website, app, content, and related services.
Important: Solace is a wellbeing tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency support, or treatment. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Using Solace
You agree to use Solace lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal wellbeing support unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not misuse the website or app, interfere with security, copy the service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
Health and wellbeing content
Solace provides educational and wellbeing content such as breathing, grounding, sensory, and regulation tools. Results vary by person. The content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency care.
Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some Solace features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that app store's terms, billing rules, cancellation process, and refund rules. Please review pricing, trial, renewal, and cancellation details before purchasing.
Therapist and professional features
If Solace includes therapist or professional-support features, those features are intended to support communication and wellbeing tracking. They do not replace professional judgement, safeguarding duties, clinical record keeping, or emergency processes.
Your content
If you send us feedback, messages, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use feedback to improve Solace, but we will not intentionally publish private personal details without consent.
Intellectual property
The Solace name, website, app, designs, copy, exercises, software, and related materials are owned by Solace or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or agreed by us.
Third-party services and links
Solace may link to app stores, research sources, payment providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or remove parts of Solace from time to time. We try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solace is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequences of using the service outside its intended wellbeing-support purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
