Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Solace handles information when you visit our website, use our app, contact us, or interact with our marketing.
Plain English summary: we only load website analytics if you accept analytics cookies. We do not want names, emails, medical notes, free-text health details, or therapist notes sent into marketing analytics.
Who we are
Solace is a wellbeing app and website built for ADHD support and nervous system regulation. For privacy questions, email neve@solacebyneve.com.
Information we collect
- Website visits: pages viewed, device/browser information, rough location, referral source, and campaign links if analytics is accepted.
- Cookie choices: we store your analytics consent choice in local browser storage.
- Messages you send us: your email address and message content if you contact us.
- App account and usage data: information needed to provide the app, manage accounts, subscriptions, support, and product safety.
- Payment data: purchases are handled by app stores or payment providers. We do not intentionally collect full card details on this website.
Analytics, cookies, and session replay
We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice. If you click "Accept analytics", we load Google Tag Manager on the website. Google Tag Manager can then load:
- Google Analytics 4, to understand visits, pages, referrals, and campaign performance.
- Microsoft Clarity, to understand website usability through heatmaps and session replay style recordings.
Microsoft Clarity recordings are not camera recordings, but they may show clicks, scrolling, page interactions, and parts of the page a visitor used. We will not intentionally use Clarity on private app screens, forms containing sensitive personal information, therapist notes, or areas where health details are entered without a separate privacy review and masking controls.
You can change your website analytics choice at any time using .

- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Who we share information with
We use service providers that help us host the website, operate the app, process subscriptions, send emails, measure analytics, and provide support. These may include hosting providers, analytics providers, app stores, payment/subscription providers, email providers, and professional advisers.
Health and sensitive information
Solace is a wellbeing tool, not a medical service. Some app features may relate to wellbeing, mood, stress, regulation, therapist support, or body signals. We treat this type of information carefully and do not want it sent into marketing analytics.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, legal, accounting, security, product improvement, and dispute handling.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To ask about privacy rights, email neve@solacebyneve.com.
Children
The website and app are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us.
